Common Questions

Before You Write to Us

Most of our treks are designed for first-time trekkers. Our "Easy" rated routes require no prior experience — just a reasonable level of fitness and a love of walking. We'll match you with the right route during planning.

The best seasons are October–November (post-monsoon, crystal-clear skies) and March–May (spring, rhododendrons in bloom). We run treks year-round but these windows offer the finest mountain views and most comfortable conditions.

Yes. All our guides are licensed by the Nepal Tourism Board and trained in first aid and altitude awareness. More importantly, they're all local to the trail region — they know these trails like their own backyard.

Pricing varies by trek and group size. Generally included: guide, porter, teahouse accommodation, meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), permits, and transfers from and to Pokhara. We'll provide a full itemised quote when you enquire.

Absolutely. Solo trekkers are very welcome. You can join one of our fixed departure groups or arrange a private guided trek. Many of our guests come alone and love the experience — it's one of the safest ways to trek in Nepal.

We understand plans change. Our full cancellation terms are on the Cancellation Policy page. In short, cancellations more than 30 days in advance receive a full refund minus a small processing fee.
